We provide IT support to residential customers in the Sydney region, we charge in 30 minute segments with a minimum of 1 hour. We don't charge extra for travelling time and we don't charge extra for weekends or out of office hours support - in fact that is what we specialise in. Appointments are available up to 8pm during weekdays and from 8am to 8pm on weekends. We find that this is convenient for our customers as it gives them time after they finish work to book an appointment and get their issue resolved.
