and pass it on to one of our technicians. You will then be provided with an up-front price for the first hour and then

Normally our technicians will know what the problem is and have the problem fixed in the first hour -

Quite simple - on a very rare occasion if after the first hour you're not happy with the way the technician is progressing
or the technician has finished and you don't feel that your issue is resolved or the outcome is not as you expected then you

No! Our hourly rate is always the same. It is very competitive and we do a lot of research into our competitors

We service every suburb within 20km radius of Sydney CBD. If you don't know if your area is covered give us a call
and we can check. However, if your area is out of our radius we may be able to accommodate you!
